If you use the contact form, Formspree processes the information you submit and delivers it to Method Customization. Setmore handles the information you enter when booking a call. Cloudflare hosts the site. YouTube may receive device and viewing information after you choose to play a video, and Method may receive information after you follow a referral link. Those companies apply their own privacy policies to their services.

The production site uses Google Analytics and first-party cookies to measure page visits, video activity, and actions such as booking a call, sending the contact form, or following a Method referral. The most recently watched video and its progress level may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days so I can understand which videos lead to inquiries or referrals. Your first traffic source, referring site, and landing page may be stored for the same period and included with a contact-form submission so I can understand how the inquiry reached the site. Contact-form contents, names, email addresses, and company names are not sent to Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Method Customization does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Inquiry and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, and maintain ordinary business records. You may use the contact page to ask about, correct, or delete personal information held by Method Customization. Do not send passwords, access codes, banking details, live QuickBooks files, or private customer data through the public contact form.

This website provides general information about Method CRM and QuickBooks consulting. Visiting the site, sending an inquiry, following a referral link, or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Paid work begins only after the project scope, price, and responsibilities are agreed separately. Project examples describe past work but do not promise the same result for another business. Website content is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, legal, banking, or investment advice.
