What Method can look like in a real business.

These are real systems I built for companies using Method and QuickBooks. Each one began with an ordinary business problem.

Million-Part Catalog

A wholesale distributor can quote millions of supplier parts without adding them to QuickBooks first. The sales team searches current supplier catalogs in Method, adds quote-only parts to customer quotes, and compares past margins. If the customer orders a part, Method creates it in QuickBooks Enterprise automatically.

Anyone Can Quote

A service company's pricing rules mostly lived with its owner. I built those rules into a custom Method quoting screen for five service options. Now the whole sales team can prepare accurate quotes, work toward the right margin, and move each approved quote through prepayment, sales order, and invoicing workflows.

Automatic Follow-Up

A wholesale distributor grades every estimate A, B, or C based on how promising the opportunity is. I built an automatic Method follow-up system that enrolls each estimate in the right campaign, varies the messages, and times them around the products quoted and their expected lead times. The sales team gets consistent, relevant follow-up without tracking every reminder by hand.

Order to Delivery

A shed manufacturer uses one Method workflow to follow every order from the sale through production and delivery. I built job-level tracking for manufacturing status, required parts, expected part arrival dates, quantities, and fulfillment, along with shared manufacturing and delivery calendars. Automatic delivery reminder emails keep customers informed while the sales, production, and delivery teams can all see what is happening with each order.

My background includes accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations. I look at the business problem, Method CRM, and QuickBooks together. I also specialize in building two-way API connections between Method and other business software.
